Introducing the finest dark chocolates from Ecuador, made with the world-famous Arriba Nacional cacao. Immerse yourself in the authentic flavor journey of HUMA CHOCOLATE, where each bar reveals the unique essence of Ecuador’s diverse cacao regions.
All our bars are 70% cacao and 30% cane sugar, carefully crafted in small batches to highlight the distinct character of the terroir. Each bar offers a different tasting experience, as the beans are sourced directly from four regions of Ecuador.

- GUAYAQUIL – Fruity sensations with subtle citrus notes, a floral touch of jasmine, and an intense chocolate aroma.
- YASUNÍ – Herbal and fruity profile with delicate nutty notes. Smooth, aromatic, and full of character.
- ESMERALDAS – Red fruits and berries with a hint of cinnamon spice, finishing with nutty undertones. Award Winner – International Chocolate Awards 2023 (Bronze).
- COTOPAXI – Elegant notes of maple syrup, white flowers, and light citrus, with a delicate woody aroma.
Origin & Craftsmanship
Our cacao beans come directly from smallholder farmers in Guayas, Yasuní National Park, Esmeraldas, and Cotopaxi. Following strict post-harvest fermentation and drying protocols, the farmers preserve the purity and complexity of Arriba Nacional cacao, Ecuador’s most celebrated variety.
Every bar is bean-to-bar chocolate, crafted to honor the farmers’ work and the natural richness of Ecuador.
